Why I built this

There was no rock bottom. No big dramatic moment. Just a slow, uncomfortable realisation that the version of me I didn't like was becoming normal.

I was over 97kg. Tired all the time. Short with the kids. Hiding behind being busy while quietly avoiding photos and mirrors. The weight wasn't even the hardest part — it was losing my sense of who I was.

Rebuilding started with one honest decision. Lost 23kg. Ran a 107km ultra. Completed HYROX London. Hit a 1:42 half marathon PB. All while working full time and raising two daughters.
